werking tomorrow morning..urrgh...
anyways..gotten myself 2 hamsters..named them chip and dale :)
Yesterday, i was at Kallang Stadium. Watched the curtain raiser Singapore veterans vs Selangor
veterans..and then the main event of S-league selection vs Selangor selection. The atmosphere,
though wasn't as exciting and electrifying as the good ol malaysia cup days, was great! Went with
Jazzy :P
Anyways...i was right in planning where to sit. At the stadium, never sit around teenagers. They
seem to be chaotic, but when it comes to soccer, they are as silent as a mouse..haha...luckily sat
around this group of family guys around the age of 30++ to 50++....they were reallie the mouth
of the kallang stadium. The good ol days of the malaysia cup was soon remembered. The
nostalgic curses, abuses...haha..it was great! Along with the traditional whistling and shoutings,
there were new things involved. Like the beating of the drums by woodlands fans, the
performance by the nigerian guys(are they nigerian??) and of coz, not to forget, the squeaking of
the cheerleaders.
but, nothing beats the ol times of the airhorn, the screaming, the shouting, the verbal abuse
from fans to players whenever chances were wasted or if they were playing blindly. haha...
and oh...how can i forget!! the kallang wave was revived!! :P
It was great!! Thanks jazz for being there too :)
oh, met my old fren adi there too..haha..
